Hi Paul,

I have bought several items from you due to you retailing the exact type of silver bracelets that I was looking for and at a competitive price structure, or in most cases quite a saving off RRP.

I am delighted with my latest acquisition as it is a real nice piece of silver, very decorative and quite heavyweight too. This type of bracelet is so much better than the normal curb chain links variety as it looks quite austere.

I found the website easy to navigate and very well laid out with all the prices easy to see with no hidden costs.

The gift packaging was also quite well done, not over the top, just right as once jewellery is worn the packaging is often kept out of sight in the drawer or even discarded and we must always consider resources and the environment.

Keep up the good work and thanks for the great customer service.
