I can honestly say that your jewellery is lovely, the pictures on your site are excellent and your prices are extremely competitive. I can say this because as a woman I do LOADS of shopping both on the net and off it. I have bought pieces online from Pistachio, Tarka Jewels, Links of London and Dower and Hall as well as off various sellers on ebay. I wear gold in the winter and silver in the summer.
Your pieces are well made and unusual and to be honest the reason I am so impressed with the service you offer is that you take the time to ensure your customers are happy. Trust me this is rare, and deserves to be recognised. I shall be ordering from you again.

Hello Paul, I keep looking at that carnelian cuff! Oh heck how good is that.
The jewellery is good quality, strong and chunky and beautiful. I love my chunky dragon bone bracelet (now at £199) and wear it most of the time. I also love my carnelian bangle.
The website I find easy to navigate and love looking around it. The service is exemplary and the items are delivered very speedily.

I have or I should say; my partner has many of your items...
The Silver Bell necklace with Amethyst, a few pairs of Red Coral Earrings, the Butterfly Earrings in Abalone and the Mother of Pearl Swirl Pendant.

Anyhow it is all still in perfect condition of course.

When you e-mailed me to inform me that my order is being shipped, I got worried and asked you to be more specific, wishing that the sea would be calm, in case it got here by boat! And you e-mailed me back that it will not get here by boat or by ship, but by air-mail. And it arrived today!
That wonderful byzantine necklace looks like a snake, but it doesn't bite! I have never seen anything like it. It was too thick for the moonstone pendant, that I have ordered (what a lovely blue glow it has!), but I found another silver necklace, the only one I had at home.
And the amethyst harmony dream ball pendant already ornaments my devoted four-legged companion's neck and he did not bark when i put it on.
Both me and Alex are very happy with the jewellery we bought from your store and i want to thank you for everything.
