All of our jewellery carries a full money back guarantee. Any item you buy from us can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item value, or alternatively an exchange upon prior agreement.
Please ensure the jewellery is in unused condition and is returned securely packaged. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be refunded, so returning via signed for shipping is recommended.
We will also refund or replace any losses in the mail and grant a free replacement (subject to availability) in the rare event of an item arriving damaged. Please inform us of any breakages within 24 hours of receiving the order.
