Returns Policy

The Silver Nomad Satisfaction Guarantee.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, or alternatively an exchange, and in-store credit upon prior agreement. 

Please ensure the jewellery is sent securely via a signed for service, and in unused condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be refunded. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days of receipt. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail as soon as we've processed the refund.
