This is a wide cuff with a supersize oval of polished deep red Carnelian. Around the mount (6mm deep) and on the cuff is the finest granulation technique I've ever seen. This ancient art requires the silver to be heated until it pops into perfect silver beads. They are then skillfully placed on the piece, one by one. More impressive is the fact the the granualtion is graduated (different sizes) around the cuff.

This is traditional Balinese workmanship at it's best.
